Kindly mention the request in the Notes Section of your order checkout page.
- We are pleased to offer our customers the option of laser engraving (initials/texts/names) on the leather (shoulder pads for bags and duffels) on selected items.
- This service allows our customers to personalise their purchase by providing up to 30 characters (including spaces) of their choice in the "notes" section during checkout. Or can email us the order number and the engraving details to support@passionleather.com. Please note that once, order is shipped will not be liable for the free personalisation option.
- It is important to note that if an order includes multiple items, the engraving will only be done on the item that the customer specifically selects in the notes section. For each additional personalisation on the remaining items, there will be an extra cost of $10.
- Our goal is to ensure that our customers have a clear idea of what the final product will look like, and to this end, we provide an example of the engraving on the leather. We believe that this information is essential to help customers make an informed decision about personalising their items.
